We’re happy that you want to come aboard at our hotel in the heart of the Black Forest metropolis Freiburg and at the foot of the Feldberg!
Hotel Schiff
has 19 individually designed cabins. Your room will be at your disposal from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 7 pm, please inform us accordingly.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. All our rooms are of course smoke and pet free.
Please note that our restaurant is closed on mondays and tuesdays.

Room rates
All room rates are inclusive of bed tax of 5% of the net overnight rate and include a hearty breakfast in our restaurant:
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of your room reservation is free of charge up to 1 week before arrival.
In case of a later cancellation, we will of course try to rent the room again. However, should we not succeed in doing so, we ask for your understanding that we will have to charge you 80% of the agreed room rate. In the event of early departure or no-show, the agreed costs will be charged at 100%.
In your own interest, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We hereby also refer to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
